What we collect

To handle an order we receive your name, email, business name, Google review link and delivery address. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.

Why we use it

We use your details to fulfil your order, contact you about it and keep records required for legal and tax purposes. Order fulfilment is based on our contract with you; record-keeping is a legal obligation.

Who receives it

Stripe processes payments and An Post delivers the card. If you choose to send a message through the site’s Gmail or Outlook option, Google or Microsoft handles that email; you choose whether to send it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years for Irish tax purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must legally keep. Email Wicklowtap@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
